If you know the therapy you want but are unsure of the best way to formulate or administer it, our pharmacists are available to collaborate with you.
How to prescribe
Prescriptions may be sent electronically or by other legally accepted methods. Please include the medication or ingredients, strength or concentration, dosage form, quantity, directions for use, and any formulation-specific instructions that are important for the patient.
If you are unsure of the exact formulation, contact us before sending the prescription. We are happy to discuss available options and help identify an appropriate compounded dosage form for the prescribed therapy.
